Key Ingredients of Amino Vital
Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Arginine, and Glutamine are vital aminos for sports performance.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are called as Branched Chain Amino Acid ( BCAA) due to those chemical structure. They have the shape like branch.
Among essential amino acid in food protein, approximately 50% is BCAA. And also among essential in muscle protein, 3 10% is BCAA. If you can have enough supply of BCAA, it will be raw material for making muscle tissue and be beneficial for increasing muscle power.
Especially Leucine in BCAA is considered to have anti-catabolic effect for muscle and anabolic effect both, and is quite important to muscle increase.
If you have hard training or long time endurance sports, your body will breakdown your muscle and use BCAA in muscle as energy source. Thus strenuous training or sports performance will damage your muscle. But if you have enough supply of BCAA during that time, you can reduce that damage to your muscle.
Research has shown that BCAAs can reduce production of lactic acid while training. Lactic acid is produced when glucose is converted into energy and may cause muscle fatigue.
However if you take amino acids mainly BCAA, the level of lactic acid will tend to be lower.
